Caroline Reckless Driving 108 MPH – NO JAIL

Recently, John Weiland of The Weiland Firm, PLC, argued before the Caroline County General District Court on behalf of his client charged with 108 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. While the case could not be reduced due to the excessive speed at issue, Mr. Weiland was able to convince the Judge to avoid a period of active incarceration for his client. The client was able to walk out of the courthouse with fines and a license suspension.
